Healing starts with being heard. You're not alone—and you don't have to carry it all

Founded in 2023, BRAVE Together is dedicated to supporting first responders and veterans in Washington State with proactive, trauma-informed care, before they reach a crisis point. Through timely and compassionate support, we aim to prevent suicide and lessen the long-term effects of severe PTSD. Our approach centers on early intervention, strong community connections, and healing-centered practices that foster long-term resilience.

We believe no one should have to face trauma alone. That’s why we walk alongside those who protect and serve—every step of the way.

Our Mission & Impact

BRAVE Together exists to reach our heroes before crisis strikes.

We offer free, confidential trauma healing sessions for first responders and veterans, led by highly trained trauma therapists who specialize in the unique pressures of service life. Our sessions create a safe, peer-supported, space space to unpack trauma, restore resilience, and prevent emotional collapse before it begins. Because with early intervention, healing is possible, PTSD can be reduced, and suicide can be prevented. One healed life can transform a family, a department, and a community.

"After I got out of the military, I faced whatever I was going through while missing a huge part of what I had become—my heart and soul. All those I served with were no longer available to me in the same way, and I felt very lost and alone. The support, accountability, respect, and admiration we share for each other gave me the strength to continue on my own journey. I just had to show up to find that out."
